Project Rates
Services are priced in a very simple way...an hourly rate plus a percentage of goods specified within our designs. Our pricing is completely transparent and straightforward. And no work begins and no fees are charged without your full understanding and approval.
Complete Design Services
For clients with comprehensive project needs, we offer a full array of services that help with every aspect. From working with your architect and/or contractor to establish the best footprint, space plan and usage structure to creating the perfect floor, wall and window treatments to accessorizing the space to the most meaningful detail, we offer everything you could need to create the perfect environment for you and those you love. Through it all, our process is collaborative and stays true to who YOU are and what you want your space to convey.
Design Concept Presentations
For clients working on larger projects but who want to maintain closer control of the process, we offer pure creative services that you can execute yourself. We create mood boards, renderings, drawings, simulations and other visual tools that establish the vision for your project. After you review it, we'll tweak the concept so you love it. Then we can turn it over to you and your professional team for implementation.
Purchasing and Receiving Services
Throughout any project, we will be integrally involved in communicating the design and its details to all the contractors and specialists involved. We will also be on site regularly to make sure everything progresses properly. In an effort to keep our services affordable, however, all purchasing and receiving of products and resources is managed by the client. If you would like us to take on these responsibilities, we will be happy to do it for you based on a standard hourly rate.
